ATS is experienced in processing a wide range of materials including glass, silicon, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, tool steel, carbide, and a variety of plastics (including polyimide). In addition, ATS has integrated many different types of lasers including excimer, high power diode, high and low power carbon dioxide (C02), High and low power lamp pumped and diode pumped (DPSS) Nd:Yag, Nd:YVO4, frequency doubled Nd:YVO4, frequency tripled Nd:YVO4, and fiber lasers.
