Modular and Expandable

ATS specializes in applications that require a high degree of accuracy and flexibility. To enable our customers to reconfigure their systems, our cost-effective, high-performance motor manufacturing lines are both modular and expandable. Features include:

  • Complete armature and stator manufacturing and test systems for DC motors used in automotive applications—ABS, HVAC, window lift, seat adjust, sunroof and antenna, windshield wiper and fuel pump—plus universal motors for the power tool and appliance industries.
  • Universal high-speed, high-volume systems to high-mix systems with the flexibility to handle multiple part sizes.
  • A full range of stand-alone stations for commutator placement, paper insulation inserting or electrostatic coating, armature winding, electrical fusing, commutator face turning and armature testing.
  • Brushless motor stator winding including fly winding, needle winding and segmented stator winding.
