sortimat Clearliner™ model 600 Handling Technology Product Specification

The sortimat Clearliner™ model 600 tray handling technology is built for medium sized trays up to 600 mm in width and 800 mm in length.

Just like the Clearliner model 400 tray handler, the Clearliner model 600 is designed and built for clean room ISO 7 (Class 10,000) applications. A design is also available for ISO 6 (Class 1000) clean rooms.

The only difference in capability between models is the maximum allowable size of tray - all other features and benefits available in the Clearliner model 400 tray handler are available in the larger model 600.

The Clearliner model 600 tray handler is also available in the following models: standard CL 600, short tray transfer time CL 600 S, Trolley CL 600 T and CL 600 TS.

Applications

CL 600: Ideal for mechanically stable trays or baskets, usually hard plastic or steel, and for tray transfer times greater than 8 seconds. The in-feed and out-feed conveyors allow buffering of multiple tray stacks providing greater machine autonomy.

CL 600 S: Ideal for machines with very short cycle times (tray exchange time < 3 sec) and no buffer (rigid synchronization). Thanks to its intermediate plate it provides support to thin-sided, extremely flexible trays (blister). The in-feed and out-feed conveyors allow buffering of multiple tray stacks providing greater machine autonomy.

CL 600 T: Is suitable in applications where floor space is at a premium. Instead of the in-feed and out-feed conveyors, trays are placed on trolleys that are fed into the machine thereby reducing the overall footprint.

CL 600 TS: Is suitable in applications where floor space is at a premium. Instead of the in-feed and out-feed conveyors, trays are placed on trolleys that are fed into the machine thereby reducing the overall footprint. In addition, this model is ideal for machines with very short cycle times (tray exchange time < 3 sec) and no buffer (rigid synchronization), as well as for thin-sided, extremely flexible trays (blister).
