In order to better serve our customers' unique and varied needs, ATS has established an in house laser lab in which prototyping, trials, and general proof of principle activity can take place in order to validate a potential manufacturing process.
Housed in a light tight, class 1000 clean room, ATS' laser
lab is equipped with a Coherent LPXPro excimer (193/248nm
capable). In addition, ATS has the following lasers available
to the lab:
- Coherent AVIA-X (15W, 355nm)
- Coherent F System Laser Diode System (2W, 808nm)
- GSI Lumonics Luxstar LXTR50
- Continuum Surelite SLI-20 (1064nm, 20Hz with green (532nm)
attachment)
To support more complex testing, the laser lab is equipped
with:
- Configurable beam delivery system (including galvo scanners)
- Configurable tooling and motion stages, including:
- Ultra high precision air bearing systems
- High speed, high precision hard bearing stages
- Ultra high precision, 6 axis gantries
