ATS800 Series Clean Room Conveyor

Clean Room Conveyor

The ATS800 Series conveyor is designed for applications where high reliability, cleanliness, ESD control and non-contact queuing are process requirements. This asynchronous transport system is ideal for manufacturing environments in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, disk drive and flat panel display industries. Its modular design offers a high level of flexibility for initial installation as well as for future line changeovers. An extremely affordable Class 10 clean-room conveyor system, the ATS800 offers simple and flexible flow controls through separate localized zone control logic within the conveyor frame.

Standard Features
  • Open-center design maximizes air flow and tool access (lift & locate dock feature optional)
  • Continuous conductive path from pallet to ground
  • Easily adjustable sensor positions
  • Reflective sensors for reliable pallet detection (optional through-beam)
  • Compact design
  • Low-profile aluminum extrusions allow easy installation, accessibility and "plug-and-play" expandability
  • Reliable components
  • Fully enclosed drive components
  • Individual stepper motor drive
  • Easy width adjustment by changing tiebar
  • Step-design rollers allow different sized pallets on same section
  • Mounting slots in both drive and idle side extrusions
  • Can be mounted on legs or ceiling hangers
Specifications
  • Meets CLass 10 Clean Room standard
